Brownies (for Girls only)

Fuchun Brownies are 9 to 12 year-old girls who enjoy learning and having amazing adventures together! They are encouraged to explore and discover the world around them and to become more independent. They are constantly learning new skills and challenged to try new and adventurous activities that will inspire them to think about what they want to be and do in the future.

The Brownies learn to work and play independently and also in teams. They love to do fun things together. Activities may include outdoor camping and cooking. Along the way, bearing the motto "Lend a Hand" in mind, they learn to care for each other and other people around them and make lasting friendships.

Brownies are guided by a comprehensive 5-Point Programme, which develops them in 5 areas:

• Personal & Social Development – Healthy Me, Courteous Me, Cultured Me
• Home – Home Safety & Duties
• Outdoor – Discovering Nature, A Green World
• Community – My Country, My Neighbourhood, Helper
• International – My Brownie Friend, My World

Scouts (for Boys only)

The Scouts CCA aims to inculcate discipline, leadership qualities and teamwork attributes through informal education processes at various formative stages of our young members. It also inculcates sound values and life-skills that will develop a person physically, intellectually and socially. The activities in which pupils are involved include drills, singing, games, hiking and first-aid, as well as working on proficiency badges.
