News on PACES
As part of our annual bonding session, active members from P.A.C.E.S. participated in a flower arrangement workshop held in August this year. It was a departure from previous years where we ventured out to Gardens by the Bay, S.E.A Aquarium and Bollywood Veggies for our learning journeys. We were indeed honoured to have Mrs Susan Wong, the Chairperson of the School Advisory Committee, to conduct the class. Mrs Wong, a certified floral designer, generously shared her knowledge and skilfully demonstrated the various types of flower arrangements to us. After which, we had a ‘hands-on’ experience where we put our new found skills to the test! To our utter delight, our flower arrangements turned out creatively beautiful under Mrs Wong's guidance. Some of us were dumbfounded by my newly-discovered talent! After the activity, we bonded over lunch and members of P.A.C.E.S. had the opportunity to mingle with Mrs Wong.
On behalf of P.A.C.E.S., we would like to thank the school for organising and making our yearly bonding session an enjoyable one.
