National Day cum Lower Primary Sports Day Celebrations 2015

In marking Fuchun Primary’s 30th anniversary, we have invited another former pupil, Mr Victor Chang, to grace our National Day Celebration cum Lower Primary Sports Day. Mr Chang, who began his studies in Fuchun Primary in the year 2000, was nominated as a Prefect in P4 and promoted to become a Prefect Leader the same year. He was appointed as Vice-head Prefect in P5 before taking on the position of Head Prefect in P6.

Upon graduating from Fuchun Primary, Mr Chang studied in Anglo-Chinese School (Independent), where he did his International Baccalaureate Diploma, and graduated in 2009. After his National Service, he then went on to read Law at the University of Cambridge.

Mr Chang is currently beginning his work as a Lawyer with Taylor Wessing in London. He just graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Cambridge. In his speech, Mr Chang expressed that it was an honour to be  invited as the Guest-of-Honour for the occasion. To Mr Chang, Fuchun Primary has a very special place in his heart as he has many fond memories of the school.

Mr Chang attributed his days in Fuchun Primary as key in making him who he is today. He shared that he is constantly reminded of one of the key school values, Perseverance, in his educational journey. His advice to the Fuchunians is to be guided by the school’s motto, Ever Onward, and when failures come their way, to always persevere and not give up until they reach their goals.

FCP30 is exciting as it creates an opportunity for teachers to meet our ex-pupils
