Parent Support Group (PSG)
PSG Chairperson's Message
Dear Parents/Guardian,
The past few years have been tough as the pandemic affected us in different way, such as the cancellation of many school activities and restrictions that prevented us from being physically involved in whatever school activities left. With school life heading back to normalcy, it is time for us parents to help the school and our children transition efficiently back into their school schedule and activities.
At Fuchun Primary School, our Parent Support Group (PSG) is passionate in working closely with the school to support existing school programmes and activities. We, as parents, strongly believe and encourage parents’ active participation in school activities. So as to better create a positive environment to nurture and benefit the development of Fuchunians, and to build stronger family ties.
Our Mission:
· To align with the school’s missions, objectives and strategies in order to better support our children in their learning journey.
· Providing an avenue for school-home partnership, act as a communication channel between the school and the parents, so as to assist the students in adopting a positive attitude towards learning.
· Provide opportunities for parents to participate in school activities and events to foster closer relationships. Some of the school activities that the PSG has actively participated and supported this year include:
· Learning Journeys
· Home Skills Lessons
· Total Defence Day Quiz Booth
· P1 & P2 ICT Lessons
· Library Story Telling
· Racial Harmony Day
· Fuchun Play Day
· Fuchun Health Week
· Swim Safer
· Recess Play
· Teacher’s Day
· Children’s Day and many more
Come join us to embark on this fulfilling journey with your children!
Yours sincerely,
Mdm Agna Koh
