5. Arrival Procedure
(a) To ensure the safety of all students, parents, guardians, and visitors are not allowed to enter the school premises unless there is a valid reason. All visitors must seek permission and obtain clearance at the security post.
(b) Students who walk or take public transport to school should enter the school through Gates A, B, or C between 6.45 am and 7.30 am.
(c) For students arriving by private vehicle:

Parents and guardians may drive into the school compound between 6.45 am and 7.30 am.

Students must alight at the designated drop-off point at the School Foyer.

Drivers are required to follow all instructions given by staff on duty to ensure smooth traffic flow and student safety.
6. Dismissal Procedure
(a) To ensure a safe and smooth dismissal process, parents/guardians are to pick up their children promptly at dismissal time.
(b) Those fetching students from Gates A, B, or C should wait in the designated areas:

(c) Pick-Up by Private Vehicle

Vehicles are not permitted to enter the school during regular dismissal.

Parents/guardians should park at nearby HDB car parks and pick up their children at Gate A.

Entry into the school compound is only allowed on rainy days, or after 5.00 p.m.
(d) Students Taking the School Bus

Students must report to the designated bus waiting areas for attendance-taking.

Buses will depart after 1.45 p.m. (Monday to Friday) once all students have boarded.
(e) Students Attending School-Based or External Student Care Centres

Students must proceed to their designated waiting areas at the Foyer to be fetched.
7. Visitors to School
(a) Security Procedures

All visitors must report to the Security Post at Gate A.

Visitors must obtain a Visitor’s Pass and proceed directly to the General Office.

This procedure also applies to parents/guardians fetching students during school hours due to illness, injury, or other urgent matters.

Valid identification must be presented upon request by school staff or security personnel.
(b) Meeting with School Staff

All meetings with the school staff are by appointment only.

Parents/guardians may contact teachers via email or telephone to arrange a suitable time to meet.

(c) Fetching Students During School Hours

Parents/guardians who need to fetch their child/ward during school hours (e.g. for medical appointments) must inform the Form Teacher via email at least 3 working days in advance, providing the reasons and supporting details where appropriate.
